Quick report
There were signs of wind transport within a few hundred vert of ridge lines on Snoqualmie Mountain but no signs of instability as we made our way down the mellower, manageable entrance to Crooked Couloir. We were, however very surprised just how low tide things were. The Snot and Slot entrances looked extra spicy, Crooked required two rappels over ice bulges and a committing exit, and patches of the scree fan were bare rock with other areas on last legs. Good reminder that even when fully prepared, low-tide hazards are still very present and thinly veiled by the new snow.
