Quick report
4-6” of snow fell during early morning. Small wind slabs noted. Rapid warming throughout day triggering wet slides. Decided to step it out cautiously and avoid steep terrain. Despite thoughts of right side up snowpack and good bonding, day time warming proved unstable.
Avalanche
D2 Natural wet slides observed off of Cowboy ridge and corona bowl. One skier triggered slide off double diamond. First lap we saw no slides, second lap one slide noted, coming down from second lap, two more slides observed. No one was caught/injured.
