At 10,640ft lee side of the slope of the spine the leads up to Pearl Gates on Mount Hood. Whomping sounds heard and felt. Cracking spreading around 12" from boot penetration. Test pit South facing (178 degrees), 34 degrees slope. CT3 down 11". Sudden Collapse (block slid off with minimal effort when puled. ECTP 11 down 11" (block easily slid off with minimal effort. Weak layer of surface facets.
