Warm conditions which gave way to haze and cooling temps. Light layer of snow on surface. Reached summit at about 1pm. Dug pits at approx. 7200 ft. Snow pack was approx 120cm. Pack contained about 60 cm of strong snow atop a weak layer of 60cm giving way to facets at the bottom 10-15cm. Snowpack test fractured at 2 strike of arm impact. Inspection of bottom layer revealed rounding facets capable of being snowballed and appearing to be healing.
