Quick report

Intermittent snow started about 2 miles from Park Butter TH. Continuous snow and whoops about 1.25 mi from TH made for interesting skinning. Very weak overnight freeze noted until about 6k. alternating areas of wind scouring and wind loading on the Squak made the ascent route surface appear very smooth with no easily discernable snow bridges on our route. Unclear if these were newly covered from minor wind loading or still closed after warming the previous 1-2 days. Winds were a brisk sustained 20 mph on the upper mountain, which kept the solar aspect snow surface cold above 7-8k, despite sunny conditions. Upper Deming below the summit was very firm and rimed with chicken heads of varying size.
