Quick report
Recent storm snow measured 35 cm in depth, with a thin melt-freeze crust located ~25 cm below the surface, likely associated with the 12/17 rain event. Total snow depth at the stake was 69 cm. The SWE bucket recorded 3.5 inches of water accumulation Dec 9-19. The upper snowpack was wet and cohesive, with a ski penetration depth of approximately 15–20 cm. Skies were too obscured to see any avalanche activity.
