Quick report
Surprisingly, very few signs of recent avalanche activity, and even inside corners on tight switchbacks held firm. The 2.7 and 2.13 crusts were found on the northern side of Chair but only the 2.13 on the Source Lake side. Made a few laps in some of the best snow I have had in the area this season (maybe not saying a whole lot). A few groups were in the basin, up in Great Scott, Roosevelt, north bowl of Chair. I saw another posted observation about a crown on Chair, it looks like an older crown, possibly an old glide avalanche with much debris in the choke on the way to Snow Lake.
