Quick report
The top 3cm of snow pack was starting to form a firmer (but still soft) skin from wind /warming affect where we skied, in more exposed higher rigdetop elevations we found thicker and stouter slabs. We felt the winds were less severe than forecast in the NE bowl we took up residence in. We watched multiple density breaks form in a rapidly growing storm slab. We spent the day at 6500' doing 500' laps, and the snow remained unconsolidated and light. We did not see any avalanche activity in the terrain we were accessing less than 30* The snow was noticeably drier, and not nearly as reactive for initiation and propagation as our previous tours. Our PST and ECT provided no results

Steady snow fall, mod winds, enjoyable turns, free refills, more stable than expected
Snowpack
At 1pm there was 37cm of snow on top of the 3/8/2026 crust. We performed CT, PST and a variety of hand shears, and got no good results. Snow depth was 245cm. Slope 22*
