The worst Christmas yet

Tricky ski conditions in the cougar drainage today. Breakable crust the entire way up Christmas, possibly from yesterday’s alpine inversion melting off the adjacent rockband. Chunks of ice and roller balls throughout the feature. The best skiing was between 2300-2100m. The ski out of Connaught is becoming some what of an athletic feat if you can’t make it out unscathed.
