Avalanche Information
A couple of small skier triggered sluffs, and a couple of natural Wet Loose avalanches near Mount Bellview that likely ran on Sunday.
Weather
Warm day with increasing clouds midday that slowly reduced during the afternoon. cloud cover: scattered; wind loading: previous; snow avail for transport: small smounts
Snowpack
The snowpack depth is generally around 70-80cm in sheltered northerly terrain.  A small amount of cohesion exists near the surface, but the snowpack is largely well-developed facets, except for the Christmas rain crust.  Wind textures can be found in many open areas below treeline.  We did produce a small shooting crack on a cross-loaded gully. We intentionally triggered a few small Dry Loose avalanches on steep (greater than about 38 degrees) northerly slopes.
