Pulpit 1 S Face + Pulpit 2 Ridge and E Chute 2

Very calm. Nearly no wind, including on Pulpit ridges. Some wind on top or cirque. Some wind transport off the Wapta, large cornices, and sluffing off the face.

N Face Pulpit 2 Ridge (alpine): A few quick block tests with a pole showed natural and spontaneous shear when in supported. Avoided alpine in these slopes S Face Pulpit 1 (tree line): firm snow pack. Occasional, but limited cracking in micro features, otherwise highly wind affected in the past and new snow (5-10cm) not slabbing.
