Romeo, Romeo..

We went for a sled up Mt Romeo from the South Main to see what the area might have to offer. Romeo proper is well guarded by steep headwalls and tight forest from this approach, so it seems like nice cutblock skiing might be the main attraction here. Except for ongoing light wind transport of our most recent cm or two of snow on the surface, conditions were a repeat of the last few days. We postulated that very small wind slabs might exist in the alpine as a result of the transport, but certainly not enough of a hazard to take us above Low danger. Somewhat cloudy skies and elevated winds seemed to keep potential for wet loose activity at bay today.
