Beautiful day up at Roger

Went for a walk through the cloud into the sun for roger South face. Valley cloud was up to 1900m progressively more snow from 2000m up starting from 3-5cm then 10-15cm at 3000m. Crust was present till around 2400m. Didn’t see any solar affect on the south face of rogers it skied great! Glacier not filled in, but easily managed. Lizard tail had 3-5cms on it and ski out got very interesting! Lots of old debris. If you want a long walk then it’s great! Up high and tricky 2000m and below
