Nemesis

Nemesis climbs well. Dagger hanging above 1/2 way ledge is growing and looks threatening to lower pitches. Approach slopes to climbs have about 50cm Hs, with pronounce rain crust down about 30cm. Upper snow seems well bonded to crust. By mid afternoon the surface snow was moist up to treeline. We approached the climb on foot, which requires some tedious boot packing from summer trail. I would ski tour in next time, as there is ample coverage on the hiking trail, and the snowpack off trail would carry nicely on skis. Some recent ski tracks in the valley looked like they had nice turns.
