Icy Couloir

On the walk over to Icy from the top of T bar the snow was variable from wind slab to unconsolidated cold pow on top of crust. Icy couloir itself skiied great with the top blind lead in ramp being edge able crust and the couloir itself loose pow not slabby at all. Seemed like most of the new snow from 15th - 16th came down as loose debris at the bottom apron which skiied quite nice. We skinned out from the bottom contouring around into big Simpsons and then skiied out the old mine road all the way to the run to town link up. Dont reccomend following the lower of the two tracks we made as I dropped into the creek too soon where I should have stayed high. Nice work whoever put the pink flagging tape.
