<p>While riding the Renshaw today we saw several small cornice releases, size one avalanche on a cross loaded feature (Northerly aspect) as we traveled through open terrain noticeably more wind affected conditions. We decided to investigate a leeward feature approximately 25 degree slope dug a pit and had repeated sudden collapse results @ 27cm and 43cm on a fist to 4 finger to fist wind slab interface, did extended column test no propagation found Boot pan depth was 80cm Tested some cross loaded cornice features only results were under machine </p>
