Quick report
Trekked up to Kendall Big Trees with frequent large tree bombs erasing the skin track completely at times. Deep wet snow off the track the consistency of shaved ice, easily consolidated on hand pits. Some areas of snow appeared to have been rained on recently. Skiing down was inconsistent and heavy, but nothing slid on the low angled trees. Warming weather as the day progressed with wet snow midday and rain drizzle by the time we exited.
