We skied slot and circus couloirs and were the first party in slot for the year ;). Touchy soft slabs were breaking all consistently in the slot - only 2-4” deep but they often entrained enough snow that we had to manage the sluff to avoid getting knocked off balance. Identified shooting cracks in wind loaded pockets, some pockets in the circus were a bit deeper (6-8”) but we avoided those on descent. Overall excellent skiing conditions; only 2” of snow overnight and some wind redistribution
