Cirque Forepeak

Variable conditions in the alpine with lots of wind affect. Wind loaded pockets presenting wumphs and cracks. Triggered size 1.5 hard slab likely on a sun crust on the south facing slope at the summit of cirque forepeak. Pit results on SE slope showed 8 cm recent snow, 20 cm old storm layer, then consolidated down 1m. CTM 24 failing in the middle of the consolidated layer 50-60 cm down (not a clean shear)
