Quick report
Sheltered north aspects had 8-9" of light sand-like facets over firmer snow. More sheltered south aspects developed a slight sun crust after Tuesday's warmth and the cold overnight. It appears the entire cornice that stretches the entire ridge on the hill between the resort and Saddle Mtn (Anderson Ridge?) pulled away from the rest of the snowpack approximately a foot, similar to a glide crack. I would guess this happened about two weeks ago when there was a prolonged period of above freezing temperatures, but that's just a guess.
