Supportive Slab

Did a quick pit heading down towards the “waterfall exit” on the Commonwealth traverse. Storm snow (15 cm) easily pulled away above the underlying wind slab. Supportive slab underneath which did not pull away on a column test. HS approx. 130 cm. Overall, not a bad day for a still thin snow pack.
