Reactive Windslabs in Hermit/Swiss

Loaded up the packs with all the fun gear and big aspirations for a day in the alpine. As soon as we were above treeline we were surprised by a strong north easterly wind that was transporting plenty of snow. We pushed on a bit higher but turned around after we started to see a small natural avalanche cycle starting and were getting plenty of shooting cracks. On our ski back towards Hermit we triggered numerous small cookies and a few size 1 windslabs on any steep tester slope. Protected areas had no wind effect and great skiing!
