Power Valley Area - Na Nc size 3

<p>Ski touring in the alpine of the powder valley area today. Strong south winds with active snow transport and wind loading throughout the day. Substantial cornice growth at treeline / alpine. Walking on grass / rock at times in the alpine. An interesting Size 3 Na / Nc slab avalanche in the alpine 1600m North aspect. It went wall to wall and to ground on a horseshoe shaped feature. Debris followed the gully feature down to Bennet lake. Pics / location attached. Some huge cornices out there! Size 1 Na slab from a wind loaded slope covering the skin track / sled access a few hundred meters above the highway.</p>
