A D2 slab avalanche near the ridgeline of the Ben Lomond Headwall, occurred naturally sometime since the most recent precip event, which was rain at most elevations. A crown profile was not able to be gathered. This slope is on the lee side of the prevailing winds in the area, contributing to the depth of the avalanche.
