Remotely-triggered avalanche along Park City ridgeline. The avalanche was triggered from an adjacent low-angled ridge - got a loud collapse and the crack propagated to a point where the slope was steep enough to slide. The slope had some wind-loading and this likely created a denser and more-cohesive slab. Depth was 45-60 cms (18-24")
