Instability Comment

On day 3 of moderate to strong winds. Lots of signs of scour and wind loading in unusual places. All ridges were loading on NE thru NW aspects.

Nothing much has changed in PWL. Some areas are seeing wind loading and tipping the scales a little bit and others just don't have much of a cohesive slab. Lets just say its variable. One thing is for sure is that PC ridgline has become unglued. I conducted two ECTs and two PSTs today. results were pretty consistant. ECTP22@36, ECTP27@36, PST32/100End@36 from GND, PST29/100End@36 from GND. These tests were on a wind protected West slope, 9500', 30 degree angle, HS 114.
