NE5

Good skiing on the highway-facing paths on NE5 up to ~1900m. Trail breaking in 25cm+. Experienced numerous whumpfs and shooting cracks while breaking trail, and some skin track corners popped out ~25cm deep (new snow likely releasing on Jan 24th layer). This kept us in mellower terrain. One small natural had occurred either before we arrived, or earlier in the week, releasing off a small feature. No avalanche activity during descents.
