Grizzly Couloir

Grizzly couloir- early start, felt warm this morning around -3. Moderate gusting to strong winds on the ridge above teddy bear trees. Very wind effected, lots of sastrugi, small shooting cracks and a 5cm wind slab. Couloir skied well but slightly wind effected. Small 0.5 triggered on skiers right @ 2450m. 20 down wind slab. Slid 2/3m. Dry loose was easy to manage. Wind increased throughout the day in the alpine. Tree line provided the best snow of the day with a ski pen of 25cm.
