Quick report

A few early season pictures of conditions around the Bald Mt. area. Right now about a foot of snow on the ground with no real issues. The recent snow fell mostly on dry ground. As always, time will tell how this early season snow develops and if any weak layers start to happen.

I did notice how some of the north facing terrain on Murdock Peak has filled in some and this being one of the places folks can access quickly from the highway with enough snow. A good reminder that avalanches can still happen with early season conditions.
