Kitty Hawk - Ice

Went to explore Kitty Hawk today after having watched forecasts for less snow on the DTH than the parkway over the last week. It appeared to have snowed overnight and there was moderate blowing snow with moderate winds (gusting to strong) from the north at the parking. Cold temperatures and suspected wind loading above turned us away.
