Variable conditions on the way up Dodge's. There was a well bonded 35cm wind lab on top of an ice layer at the pinch. Hand sheers broke at 15cm and observed no failures at the ice layer. Skiing was poor. The slabs and drifts were very inconsistent, making it hard to connect more than a turn and a half without finding the ice crust.
