In summary, the snowpack is very touchy, as observed over the last 24 hrs with remote triggered avalanches basically in all terrain where people are travelling from Eddies to Lynx Creek. The slab is deeper and more connected than our prior trip into this zone on 1/3. This snowpack demands conservative travel and steering clear of runout zones and connected terrain.

10 degrees at the trailhead. Snowing less than 1cm/ hr all day. Winds were light and variable at our location. Skies mostly obscured but visibility got slightly better later in the day.
Snowpack
Total HS was 140cm. Very similar snowpack structure to what we're seeing in Turnagain Pass with snowpit tests failing on advanced facets below the mf crust in the mid-elevation band. Recent avalanches, large whumpfing, and shooting cracks all point toward a very tenuous snowpack that is ripe for human-triggered avalanches.
