Lower elevations were locked up in the early morning hours despite the poor freeze last night. The southerly winds were keeping the upper elevations cool. Good skiing on at mid and low elevations before noon.

Plenty of old wet loose avalanches from the last few days to see when looking into the range. There was a gouger on some south-to-southwest facing terrain off of Skooks ridge. Didn't look like too much from afar, but zooming it produced a good debris pile.
