Snowpack

No formal pits dug. Numerous probing showed 2-4 ft of dense snow, followed by ~2 ft of varied unconsolidated snow. The snowpack felt very upside down with a prime bed surface.

Avalanche

Crown Town! Witnessed two separate slides initiated by rock band cookoff. Both had significant to major propagation and ran the entire slope. Crowns were thick and estimated at 3-4 ft. Lots of cranage on the way out, including Summit Lake and the motorized corridor.
