Quick report

We headed up Manitoba to check out how much snow fell in the storm the past few days. We put skins on at 1900 ft, the snow was about 4-6” deep and had a breakable melt/rain crust. The breakable crust persisted until 3000 feet, and here we found nearly a meter of storm snow! Above 3000 feet was all dry snow. Ski quality above 3k was excellent.
