Quick report
I rode from Long Lake to Lulu Pass today under the north side of Sheep Mountain above Goose Creek and noticed a D2/2.5 R2 avalanche on a north aspect. Crown height was 2-4'. It didn't run down to the snowmobile trail used to traverse that area. I am assuming it broke during the last avalanche cycle but I suppose it could have been possible durring warm weather on 12/13/25. Trigger unknown but there are tracks near the path.
It looks like the snowpack is fairly disconnected up there form wind scouring otherwise I think the slide could have broken wider based on adjacent loaded slopes.
