There was heavy snowmobile traffic around skook chutes. This was the only major sign of instability we observed.
Avalanche
We didn’t witness the slide just saw the evidence on our hike back up the canyon. It was just above the road where a snowmobiler has been sidehilling and triggered the slide. The crown was maybe 16 inches and the slide was about 25 feet wide.
