Quick report
Observed 15+ mph winds from 01-03JAN25 gave indication of a wind slab avalanche problem. Snow pit analysis resulted in observation of propagation of a weak layer 35 cm below the surface covered with hard wind deposited snow. See attached photo for more observation details. @ 35 cm from surface: STV, Q2, RP, CT12, ECTP12. Overall snow stability assessed is Fair.
