Quick report

There are glimpses of hope for the surface to start softening but right now it's not getting warm enough during the day and dropping to low at night.

In the summit area there is the setup for reactive wind slabs (like we saw last week) but no loading to make it happen for now.

A couple clouds but mostly sunny and very calm day.

Snowpack

The surface transitions from soft blown snow, hard wind lips, ice crust, and everything in between.

New wind slab sitting ontop of our thick wind board in most areas. We found one small section of small surface hoar on the backside of the Tit.

Avalanche

No new reactivity on the wind slabs that broke last week due to no additional loading.
