Observed old avalanches on many aspects, some running all the way to the Hurtle Creek valley. Mostly D1-D2 in size and not propagating very deep, but we did not step out into steeper terrain to get details. Weather was clear, 1-5 degrees at road warming as we climbed in elevation. Snowpack conditions variable in the valley.
