Snowpack

Its a mixed bag in the northern end of the Provo Mountains... I have Traveled recently in the Skyline, Uintas, and the Wasatch Mountains and I can say that this area seems to be lacking in overall snow depths. I am not sure what the average snow pack should look like for January 9th but it seemed shallow to me.

I did not dig any pits today, I was mostly out to enjoy the sun and take advantage of the weather. Again, lots of bushes around and most of the starting zones were really broken up and irregular, not very connected or white. The snow pack really took a hit this week. Surface faceting seemed to be at bay with the warm temperatures.

I did not find any good turning or riding conditions...
