Intentionally triggered very soft wind slab avalanche on skiers left, N facing wall of couloir. 20-30cm soft slab failed on interface of old snow. This piece of terrain reloaded from yesterday - no tracks visible from the previous day. Propagated the entire ridge down to the dogleg buttress. Difficult to know how far it ran as wind and snow quickly covered debris in a couple of cm's of new snow. Possible it went approximately 500 vertical feet to the apron.
