Quick report
HS @ 7,000' : 60cm HS @7,800' : 75cm HS @ 9,800' : 170cm Breakable crust up to about the fault at around 7,600'. Good skiing above in lee and wind sheltered areas. Broad ascent ridge was scoured down to 12/10 rain crust and presented semi challenging skinning. Dug a quick profile @ 9,700 on ESE aspect just lee of broad ascent ridge and found 60cm above the 12/10 crust layer, and found 2 two upside down density breaks above the 12/10 crust. ECTP 21, 40 cm down, suspected windslab. F hard snow above the 12/10 crust but didn't seem particularly faceted but didn't take a close look at it. No signs of instability were observed. No signs observed, despite ski cutting some small wind loaded pockets.
