Skied the E face. fresh snow deposits were very limited, and it was mostly a spring snowpack. started from the car at 9:30am before the creek crossing. At 12:45 when we descended, it was still firm higher up, but softened nicely below 12k. Pretty steady and cool moderate SW wind over the ridge probably helped limit softening higher up. Nothing anywhere softened past ankle deep boot pen. Continuous snow fingers down to 9k, patchy below.
