Quick report
High intermittent cloud layer kept the snow cool - the west side of the swan crest above camp mis stayed nice and firm. E aspect was hearing up a bit from the morning sun. Old wind affect snow down to picnic lakes but everything seemed pretty locked up to me. Guessing wind slabs I observed failed Monday ?? Road is drivable until about 4500 feet if you have a high clearance rig, otherwise you have to park before the switchback trail in your station wagon like a plebeian. The ridge from radio to Aeneas is heavily corniced and steep on the windward side, I was alone and didn't fancy a bit of the ridge, stuck to radio and picnic lake area. 4 different parties up there today but I only heard the sledders.
