The skiing felt like spring conditions. It did not freeze overnight, and the rain had saturated the top 3" to 5" of the snowpack. Widespread Loose wet (D.5) on anything steeper than 35°, Isolated collapsing, and complete loss of snowpack cohesion underneath trees from rain and snowmelt

Snowpack

We dug on a southeast slope and found propagation in extended column test 60 down on facets above a notable crust. We also had a Propgatoin saw test fail on isolation, above the ground on rounding depth hoar.
