Quick report

Things are filling in, but the creeks are still exposed— especially on the bottom half of silver fir. It’s definitely in the skiable but ski with care territory. There were probably around two feet at the top. We decided that the snow was the consistency of whipped cream cheese on our first run, and the top 500 vert was actually really fun. By our second run, things got pretty choppy. The silver lining is that the snow is heavy enough that we weren’t punching through to the ground. The snow seemed solid and we didn’t see any signs of instability, but I think we need a few more storms before the bottom half will stop being a minefield.
