Quick report
I went for a walk on the Lake Annette trail in hopes of accessing the north bowl of Silver Peak. Unfortunately, snow coverage was significantly lower than expected, and I ended up taking the skis for a hike. Overall, it was a stormy day in Snoqualmie Pass with light snowfall throughout the day. The wind was unnoticeable until the last few hundred feet to the lake. At the lake, wind blew consistently moderate to strong, lifting large plumes of dry snow and forming drifts in between even the most sheltered trees.

Windy, with low clouds and light on-and-off snowfall. Temperatures stayed below freezing, as low as at the trailhead. Snowfall, blowing snow, and low clouds kept the skies obscured.
Snowpack
Snow coverage is still very thin to as high as Lake Annette. I suspect coverage improves closer to 4,500 feet, but at the lake level, it's only ~1-1.5 feet. Poor visibility prevented any clear views of the surrounding terrain, but it appeared the north-facing terrain might offer reasonable over-snow travel, if you can get there. Most of the coverage consists of 8-10 inches of recent low-density snowfall. Under the tree canopy, there are only a few inches on the ground.
