Quick report
Conditions were quite good for a summit of Kulshan today, snow below treeline was wet, while snow higher up ranged from windboard, to crust, to soft surfaces. We noticed snow near 8k that appeared to have near surface faceting. Some surface hoar was observed but not widespread. Hand shears of wind affected snow ~9k were planar but stubborn. The Roman wall was mainly rime feathers that felt quite locked up, though the demming between ~9.5k had obvious signs of warming.
