Mild in Mear!

The skiing is good where you can find snow a good snow depth. There was 30 to 45 cm of snow over the December melt-freeze crust, and with no signs of instability on the tour up and no test results, we skied an open treeline feature. There was snow being transported at upper elevations directly lee of features in the alpine but the ridge we skied off was calm. No signs of wind slab, but we suspect some isolated wind slabs may still be lingering in the alpine.
